to get them to work on your xbox you must rehash/resign them to your profile. Most people use a program called Horizon to do this. As far as upgrading your version of Diablo, if you have a live connection your xbox will want to do this automatically . Since its telling you this is from an older version it sounds like you have already applied TU3. If you don't have your xbox connected to the internet then you'll need to download TU3 for Diablo3 to a USB and deal with it that way.The game will load the older saves just fine, its just warning you that once you convert the save to the current version you can't go back to the older version.

i tried using the saves the hardcore ones play for maybe around 3hrs then back out login again the next day and the progress reset itself back to level 2.Im using the ones from the 4th link is there a fix for this ?
