    Because it doesn't on PC, and it doesn't on console. And just to be sure I ran Depths for 4 hours without it and 4 hours with it. XP gear was posted elsewhere already.

    Whether you wear the clean vanilla Cain set or all modded, it doesn't matter because the results are the same.



    XP per kill is a waste of time and modding it is pointless for anyone trying to level Paragon. By all means go look up Paragon and test it for yourself.

    You know a site that can host pictures? Once I clean up the info I can post a screen shot I have that I know contains the answer.

    Like a moron I just closed the document I was using to keep track of it, lemme open the save again and see...

    the Wall of Zombies was only a -2 because I crafted about 300 and never got anything higher:
    -2 Seconds Cooldown on Wall of Zombies : 7C 1F C1 44
    Mana Regen: 10 83 1D A7

    Big Thanks to Idle for both the tutorial and the black prize ring.
    Also thanks to iNvRG for compiling the list in that text file and of course the guys who discovered the properties.

    Yeah, I've been trying to craft an item with "Reduces cooldown of zombie dogs" for that last few days now. Tried helmets, dolls, shields... can't get it to come up.
