Any instructions on how to use this?

Does it auto-decrypt the save or do we need to use Jappi's tool before using this save editor? And also, do we need to extract our saves from the CON before loading them up in this save editor?

That is all I need to know. Thank you.

Does tis do anything other than stats and money? All I care about, is ammo and health/armor.

The file you uploaded is the file entry extracted from the main save (con package). You have to open the full save in the editor and not the file entry.
