yes i have jtagged xbox already, what i meant is that, how do I enable/disable the cheats in game? thanks.

Well extract the files to ur hdd then press A on the trainer launcher.xex if the game don't start then start your game normally the eather press back and start or back and up on the dpad and that will bring up the cheat menu then press the number for the cheat u want :)
