im having trouble with this ive brute force decrypted my save and when I try to load the directory im getting a error that says "account file is not valid cannot continue" and when I try to load just a .hro file I get the invalid stfs package if anyone has any ideas that would help me out would be much appreciated

Make sure that when you decrypt your save with BSD , you need to DISABLE the encryption button at the right/bottom of the tool.
Keep it Disabled!

then decrypt your dir and load the into the tool.
Dont use the "Load File", that is only for xbox360 users.

i managed to get it to work with your simple savedata decryption tool but for some reason its missing a hero and when I edit just 1 item into my stash I still have a corrupted save file really getting frustrated if you got any suggestions or anything id appreciate any help I can get
