i just moved the editor from the folder i had it in to my desktop and it updated just fine how ever it still wont load my ROS saves

That's because the Editor doesn't support RoS saves. Changing the Title ID doesn't do anything, even though people have claimed that it does. It works like 20% of the time on a new save. You have to wait for the update to the Editor.
