That’s from the Heart of the Swarm Deluxe Edition for PC.

That said, I've tried to put them on (replacing Angelic Wings), and it just completely wiped out the Angelic Wings all together.

So, I'm going to go ahead and say that they won't work on consoles (please correct me if I'm wrong).

New DB has been PM'd to Jappi for his approval before mass release. Now contains over 570 items. Most do not have any item effects, and I have not added anything new to the effects as of yet.

Copy the item to where ?
You can already edit the effect value...i think the value is inside the effect id, but not really sure (havent looked at it yet).
when you select your effect, the id appears , an can change it to whatever you want.

Maybe later when the value is confirmed to be inside the id, then il make u able to edit it the noobfriendly way.

Every time I edit anything, quantities, add items, add effects, i get a corrupted file.
I'm using horizon to view/transfer files to usb.
