No, what I'm saying is that I'm one step closer to adding guys as DLC. All that really needs to be done now is editing the catalog.dlc file which I have not figured out. Other than that, I've compared a shit load of files and only DLC have the 0x01 at a particular offset which defines them as DLC. It'll take a while before that's figured out though, it's one confusing file :P

And yeah, modding, hacking and now tools. I've done it all ;)
