We're just one week away from the eShop launch now, and aside from maybe Super Mario Land and Link's Awakening, Nintendo still has their arms firmly crossed about what we'll be able to buy on it. Ponies?

Still, the new eShop prepaid cards are quietly shoulder-barging into stores around the world, and unsurprisingly, Japan's getting some really cool looking ones. In addition to the plain vanilla type, certain stores will be stocking Mario and Zelda designs. Nintendo did something similar with the old Nintendo Points cards in Japan last year to celebrate Super Mario Bros.' 25th anniversary, but just think of the potential to make this a regular thing!
