just did this to 500k and went to get the 400k apt and got told i had insufficent funds ....WTF??????????????? i can get all kinds of parts and such for my cars just not a damn garge to put them in lol

To buy the house you need to have the funds on your bank account and not on your character. Also buy it via the phone since buying it right infront of the estate is still a bit buggy.

If you do decide to use this glitch, be careful, and don't get carried away. People have already been banned, or had characters reset, and rockstar knows about the glitch, they just can't fix it yet.

Not picking on you or starting and back and forth argument lmao but Rockstar is not banning for this glitch. They banning people who mod their online account. Why didn't anyone got ban for rooftop rumble glitch? That was a glitch also wasn't it? It doesn't take a lot to know that there's no way for anyone to get to rank 150 in less than one week. Still no one ban!
