Dumb question but does it have to be used with tu3 cause tu3 causes issues with my gsme like my storyline gadgets go missing when I load my gsme and its frustrating

This is a very nice trainer for the game. Thank you for this.
The "NPC can't move" cheat makes predator rooms/challenges much more easier which definitely save a lot of headache & frustration.
Is it possible to update to TU4 & to work with Cold Cold Heart DLC?
