I'm considering getting the GOTY version cause i still don't currently have all the dlc say for a few and it might be cheaper just to get this instead, but i was wondering, does anyone know if the save editor works on the GOTY version?
EDIT- nvm it does, went ahead got the game and just tested it.. unfortunately you can't mod skill points *even tho it says you can* in that case i got another question-
why does the editor give an option for modding the number of skill points when you obviously can't?
