This is from the Xploder forums. Looks like it's a new game + save. Save isn't mine, and I haven't tested it, but it's gotten some comments saying it works just fine.

I've given up on finding a save editor for this game. All the saves I've seen pop up the tera-bit achievement, and I don't want that.
I wish we had someone able to decipher what encryption Tri-Ace used for this game.
Oh well, I better start playing it legit.

It's so hard just to find a proper save set for this one! Ugh !
