How Do You Find Checksums

hi guys,

i made this tread for all the knowledgeable people on here...

there are much confusions and quistions abouth finding a checksum...
and i have a lot of confusions ... i am a total beginner and ready to learn as much as possible about finding checksums/ reversing on ida script, ect.

so lets use this thread to share all the knowledge we have on making this as easy as possible.

please post anything you know on how to search for checksums.

i did find some things but still not enough :P

Oh man, me too! I can find a value for something lickety-split, but I'll never know how to tell a checksum apart from random code to save my life.
