You can't actually enable it, it has to be enabled by Microsoft first. Also, you can brick your xbone if you change the sandbox id.

THIS. All xbox Ones that have the DEV tools enabled, must be "approved" by MS first. So unless we can get that NAND decrypted and xbox one exploited, there doesn't seem to be much use for it:(

Heard if you do mess with the sandbox ID, you get thrown into a infinite boot loop.

Yep, unless you have a correct ID, you'll brick it.
I'm keeping an extra Day One edition boxed until somebody finds a way inside :)
