Bioshock Infinite blue ribbon questions

Hi is it possible to mod the blue ribbons with hex workshop in Bioshock Infinite CitC. I’ve opened two save and found where the ribbons are located and seen that there is a difference between have the ribbon and not having it. I don’t know much about hex and I don’t know if it is encrypted and need unencrypting and I don’t know if it has a checksum.

There is a save that only requires a single match to be won to get all ribbons on here, go get it and just do it that way.

Thanks for this. Was hoping the save would have been wave one or something, but beggars can't be choosers. Still makes it a hell of a lot easier. :)
