Well what would be 'too much'?

I don't really have a ton of items or whatever, it's mostly just basic stuff. But I guess I can just go in and try out later. (I'm doing an achievement for completing Act 1 with all 4 chars now, but it's better to do that Solo first, because it tends to bug up when you go online).

picking up things is ok but i mean useing a se or hex to add items to your charter but if u want a save modded with a few decent wepons max money that sort of thing im willing to help u out :)

Well modding itself isn't a problem. Just wondering what the game might consider broken online causing it to bug up. :P

Stuff like 99999 ammo for example. I heard people saying guns with infinite ammo is fine though. (As long as you don't break too high of a number)

Yer well ppl are right lol it's if u have to many items in your inventory that are 999999

Yup.

Well I know for Consumables & Grenades the max is 30.

The game freezes when you have Craft Items at 1000 (so keeping it around 500 is probably best, there's no way you'll use that much anyway, and that way you can still loot everything).
