I have only one question and if you change the difficulty to the game and by half of the game give me the achievement of passing the game in maximum difficulty if it is more difficult to change?

I'm not particularly sure, When 8Ball tried it for me, he had already defeated the last Boss, and the achievement did not pop But it could have been that it was because he had passed the checkpoint already, Not sure, Once I beat the game on hard mode, I'll give it a go.

It probably needs every chapter flagged as completed on the difficulty, my final boss chapter is 100% complete on all difficulties after loading up directly after my checkpoint where the last boss is dead, depending on what you edited the difficulties might stack.
There are 2 chapters without difficulty ratings, one of which is after the final boss and is approx. 20 seconds long, the other is after completing the dome.

It does unlock the achievements for beating the game. I just went to last boss and beat him and it unlocked easy normal and hard. Used test profile. So save will work ....
