Thanks Long. Its the dll but I dont know whats wrong with it. Anyways I will just manually add the code in the editor so I can remove the DLL. The thing is that it works fine on my pc making it difficult to figure out what is wrong.

How many Character in total? Who is the first on the list and who is the last?
From the save I am guessing 33 - 35?
Also if you have stats on characters you have used please let me know.

Not sure how many total, whatever the standard is then the 4 additional DLC characters, I'll check tomorrow and get some character stats for you as well.

Also, I'll start a new save on a new profile (without the DLC) and see if the editor what the editor does then, if its working on yours then it must be that thats stopping it working for me.

I only have the norma SSF4 with no DLC nothing and thats what I built the editor for. With the DLC the save has change so all I just have to do now to put an option in the Editor for which version people have.

That would be even better if there was the option to choose between the two versions. I'll look tomorrow and get you some stats anyway just incase it makes it easier for you, Ill make sure to use the DLC characters a bit to get some stats in there for you to see.

i am experiencing the same problem as longy999. i tried removing everything from my SSFIV save folder including all dlc then starting again with a fresh save file - i get the same error message. i'm guessing the save data itself has been changed by an update or patch and does not match the file your editor is looking for. if i were to send you a copy of my save data would you be able to help me? for you information the new Arcade Edition DLC takes the number of characters from 35 to 39 (4 New characters) their names are, Evil Ryu, Oni, Yang and Yun but they already come with their titles and icons unlocked and as such do not have any trials.
