    Hey man! It's Hydro Dynamic
This is a great tutorial, but I lack the knowledge of hex editing and I know you and pope have been friends for a while, but if you dont mind
can you edit my save please? I would do it but I do not understand what the hex numbers and letters mean and I don't want to corrupt
my save. Help a brother out, lol. Thanks a lot man :)

i have been using your tut and have come across something ....some low class items (cracked ,cracking ,ect ) when you look them up in the hex editor they show the level required but if you change it it does not change in game or is it one of those invisible changes like the character level on the start menu??

Each effect name has a level linked to it, so if you add the highest effect from lets say lightning damage (Lightning_Luminous) it has a "Level Index" of 9, so that means that it will increase the level of the item (by the average level of the effect, i think).

ah that is what the key is so by changing the effect level it changes the required level to hold the weapon/armor
