I modded my stats to 99, I didn't level them up in-game.

I don't know, I just modded them and loaded the game up lol.

From the looks of it it's different modifying the stats with an editor than leveling yourself in the game. ( obviously ) so the server takes it as if you were a low level player since you did not use Emeral Herald to level up.

You should upload your personal save idle ;]
