Each time I try to load .dat it freezes the parameter editor. Have waited up to 5 minutes before closing the prog. Never loads.

That message is nothing to do with the download being unavailable, it will be an error with your network - hence where it says, "Network error". The link is still live, just try to download it again, maybe use Chrome, Mozille, IE, Firefox etc

Hey Idle I was thinking about the editor and how it mods all rings in the game. Question I have is does it only mod item discovery and item durability?

I only get the stfs message when I try to inject the file strait into dark souls 2. How I fixed this was by opening the contents in darksouls 2. Then right clicked on the user 15 profile and pressed replace. Hope that helps:)

from what i know it's case sensitive
