hi, ive tried to download the first main file, for one character, and im not getting a folder that I can go into and extract what I need. can someone tell me what ive done wrong? thank you for any support anyone can give.


MORE INFO: when I download the file adobe reader tries to extract it but it doesn't work and it doesn't give me the save just a broken file
