Yes, If you do a search the stat mod tool comes up. There isn't a mod for cash, at least I believe there isn't.

no ammo mod neither, which is why i quit playing it, the game is boring as hell cause of the lack of ammo, if not for that it would be crazy fun..

yeah nothing to mod but everything to kill lol, its a stealth game you really dont need mods to sneak and strangle people

The editor that I found on here seems to be more for editing stats for achievements. I don't play games for achievements (great if they happen), I play for the game =)

not everyone plays like you m8, just cause you like to crawl around choking people out doesn't mean the next person prefers the same, i personally enjoy running around shooting people, its much funner and far more exciting, unfortunately this isn't fully possible on the game cause its horrendously stingy with ammo..
