It's comparing apples to oranges. The only similarity between the apples and oranges is that they're both fruits, just like the only similarity between child molestation and hacking is that they're both crimes. It's asinine to compare the sentencing between the two.
And by the way, the minimum sentence for a "basic" sexual assault case is 97 months, to a max of 210. That amount exponentially gets larger based on other factors (victim age, amount of victims, etc). Any convict may also get out early, because of parole or other circumstances.
These people knew the risks of what they were doing. They knew what would happen if they got caught. And they did. A crime is a crime.
