Xbox 360 tools issue

Not quite sure if this belongs here, but I just downloaded infinity xbox 360 tools and everytime I try to load it, it installs Anarchy. When Anarchy installs and I try to open the program, it tells me cant find updater info. I have the current version of Net Framework as I thought that might have been the issue. But it seems its not. Any reason why this would be happening? Thanks for the info, and I apologize if this has already been discussed, but I was reading 42 pages on the topic. Thanks!

Disconnect from the internet load it up go to setting then click browse on updater and add it to where the anarchy is.
