That is correct. I have the full package and when you disconnect the Kinect it still functions properly.

just recieved my xbox one from Kill_seth looks great brand new im just waiting on the power cord to come through the mail to try it out. but yeah the delivery was quick i ordered it Fri. recieved it today (Monday).

got my xbox one from him up and running perfectly i have a real powerbrick from microsoft ordered but just the adapter for old 360 for xbox 1 and it works fine.
