The only problem i have is that estus flask not working, it happened after i leveled up for the first time

anyone else get the issue of your whole inventory being messed up (keys in items section, losing half of items, etc) when adding spells? i have removed everything in my equipment, removed all attuned spells and it still happens. adding items and armor is fine, just spells

Dont know if anyone pointed this out. But adding souls "Soul of a Great Hero" also corrupts the file.
Everything else works great.
