I know this is old but I'd like to use the trainer. Is this for the 2009 game? Trainer menu opens just fine and cheats say activated but don't work. I don't have any Title Updates installed. Yes I have a RGH and I use trainers on many games so i know what I'm doing(most of the time lol). Thanks for any help.

The Boogieman Wolfenstein Trainer didn't work with my game with Title ID: 41560905 and Media ID: 65642734.
It activates and detects the game, but activating any cheat has no effect.


I solved it by replacing the Default.xex file in my game with the Region-Free version.
I still have the Spanish audio and the Trainer works perfectly.
