Could be placed under valuables since it is 1 valuable that will not break gameplay. Although, in my experience, in most Tales of XXXXXX games if you add an item through code and then get it in game it will not be added to item library.

In other words, if you want to complete your library do not add any items you haven't already gotten in game.
