Try this one.
Changelog:

• CON file support (via IsoLib)
• Handles the 'junk' data a little better to hopefully fix the save version problem
• Embedded libraries, the exe is all you need

If all goes well I'll throw in some cmd line argument support for the hell of it and release the source, not looking forward to converting it to VB, it's not hard or anything it's just C# is master race and it's time you joined.

I haven't been able to test this because there's nothing but vague mentions of error messages in here and I sure as hell don't have the game.
