It's nothing special.. version of the other app i had posted for 30 secs, thanks to DJ's information I informed my misinformed-self with what I learned from his information and fixed

- View/Edit licenses and transfer lock

Fixing a banned, transfer locked or licensed file:

1: File > Open > Select File
2: File > Autofix + Save

Don't worry, I only spelled licensing wrong in the pics :D

hey feudalnate...I have a offline only xbox banned and modded (non jtag, DVD flash only!) can I use this to put some of my arcade games from my online legit console onto my offline banned xbox? If so...the tool looks self explanitory and should be fine to change the numbers but what files do I use or do you just load the games themselves into the tool? Let me know...thank you!
