Please Help; Achievements Game save Moding

i want to give my save game to my friend and want to Pop achievements which i unlock in game when he load the game save.
how i can do that or how i can do it for game save to pop up achievements for any one else, please help my

i know how to Rehash and Resigner the save game but i want to save game pop up the achievements (which i unlock them all in that game save) when my friend load the game save (which i give to him) and like that he will get that achievements (he cant unlock it by him self )).
I want to learn how to make a game save pop achievements (achievements poper) to make my save game pop achievements when some one else load it.

For the achievements to register on your friend's account, the game has to be played on his account.
The precise console they're played on doesn't matter so much... but you have to be logged in AS him.
That either means playing it at your friend's house on your friend's console... OR your friend has to give you his log-in details.

As for transferring save-games to a different console... your friend will have to extract the files via Horizon or equivalent... send the files to you... then you'll have to change the Device ID and Console ID on the saves to those of YOUR console... rehash, resign, save, transfer to your console... log in with your friend's account... get the achievements... then maybe do the whole thing in reverse if you want to send the updated saves back. Maybe you do, maybe you don't... whatever.

I am saying if there way to make game save pop up all Achievements when load up. offline game save not online. just want make a game save to pop up Achievements that i unlock in game save. im not saying account or profile there no contact between game save Achievements and rehash and resign.
i think Achievements sittings in Hex which allow us to turn on pop up the unlock Achievements.

Not every game can use a save to load and pop achievements the other alternative is to use an achievement unlocker

i want to make a Load 'N' Pop game save, any one know how can i do that or way to do that or how i can try that?
