Best Japan Only Games I can/should play in the USA...

In case it comes up, no I don't know how read Japaneses, but I would still like to play..
Want to see if I can start a list on the best Japan only "released" XBOX360 games that I can play on my US system. I like pretty much every genre of games. Is it even legal thou?
Will this cause a system ban?

Well to start I saw a game that I only saw on the wii called "No More Heroes". I didn't know that game was made for the 360.

Each Xbox game and device is coded uniquely according to the region:

• NTSC-U/C constitutes domestic U.S. and Canadian systems
• NTSC-J are domestic Asian systems, like Korea and Japan
• PAL implies domestic European or Australian systems

You cannot play NTSC-J games unless you've the japanese version of the console.
If you want to play japanese games then you have to get a JTAG or RGH.
JTAG/RGH are modded consoles which means you can't go online without getting banned.
