    It could be that the values change as you progress in the game, so the save editor looks in the wrong places. As when I load a fresh beginning save it shows the PIM amount correctly but my real save just shows everything at zero w/ an insane amount of fulton.
    Also the PIM doesn't stick as the game has a built in 5 million PIM cap.

    I'm having the same issue. so I will have to re-buy all my base upgrades and what about all the upgrades to my chopper and buddy's will those need to be purchased again also? I need to fulton vehicles but my device is stuck on 2

    Unfortunately,bx don, yes that's been my experience. However, anything unlocked and equipped to your buddy/you will stay on . You just can't take off /then put back on or resupply anything not yet developed so anything that doesn't use ammo is still usefull as long as you keep it equipped.

    Hello guys
    The majority of us have real problems with this editor. After reading different comments on the subject, some (very few) write that it works properly, but none ever detailed how they
    used the editor for this result. For scrupulously following the explanations of the creator (big thank you for this work), it is obvious that problems arise.
    So please, the few people for whom it works, thank you for having the courage to develop a little tutorial or video that would illuminate most of us.

    thanks for the reply, that sucks! what version of the editor should I use? I modded my save at 5% and I'm now 19% into the game so to have to redo all that work is going to be a serious pain. but I guess I have to bite the bullet because I need the fulton to extract vehicles. hopefully an update to the editor will correct this issue.

    I've used V6 (the latest one) to reset the developments. As always backup first but that should allow you to work on fulton again.
