well i tried to configure my Flash Drive on my 360 but the word Configure won't show up Does XBOX not allow you to move saves to PC anymore? i can't use Horizon anymore due to not being able to Configure my FlashDrive

You need to make sure the USB is formatted to FAT32, otherwise it won't work. Plug the USB into your computer, right click the USB and select Format. Then select FAT32.
