Here are some Fallout 4 glitches that you can use to cheat.
For duplicating items and using S.P.E.C.I.A.L. to max your stats:
"Get unlimited S.P.E.C.I.A.L points early on with PS4/XBOX. It's pretty simple really.
-You first need to get Dog (maybe another companion works).
-Go back to Sanctuary and if you haven't found it already, there is a book under the crib titled "You're Special". Pick it up, use it.
-Now that it's in your inventory, drop it on the ground.
-Tell your dog to pick it up, but right before he does you need to quickly pick it up.
-If done correctly he will drop the item and it will be in your inventory still (which also dupes any item btw).
-Pick up the copy Dog dropped and you should have 2 "You're Special" books.
-Drop both on the ground and one should now activate again.
-Repeat to max out your S.P.E.C.I.A.L. points and save your level up points for perks
This works for any item, and only dupes 1 at a time, but this is what most people are using it for. Figured I'd share with you guys if you didn't know already.
Video uploaded for proof. Here you go my friends. :)

For infinite Caps and buying stuff for free:
"After you get to covenant, you get a mission called Human Error. Follow it through and at the end, side with Honest Dan. Once you rescue the target, you have to talk to Dan. Select "what if she's a synth?", prompting Dan to pay you 300 caps.
after that, DO NOT HIT ANYTHING ELSE. just walk away from the conversation and then go talk to him again, following the same path again. You can net thousands of caps this way."

-buy all of one ammunition type
-sell him 1 ammunition back
-sell him all the rest of the ammunition stack back
you will have 1 glitched ammunition of this type still in you inventory
-sell him this item over and over again till all of his caps is depleted
-buy back his ammunition over and over again
-now you can also buy all of his other items
-finish the trade
-sleep for 24h or check another vendor"

For leveling up quickly:
"TL;DR at bottom.
For those that may be unaware, you can use a Brotherhood of Steel quest called Learning Curve to quickly gain large amounts of XP in short order (hundreds every ~2 minutes or so). How this is down is as follows:
Gain access to the Prydwen airship and have a scoped sniper rifle. This is done by accepting Paladin Danse's request that you join the Brotherhood of Steel (don't worry, this isn't a permanent choice early in the game). After the "meet and greet" of the important people, speak to Proctor Quinlan regarding making a patrol. He will assign you a mission to escort a Brotherhood Squire. Sadly for the squire...you will not be doing this.
After accepting, return to the flight deck, and head to the end of one of the 2 catwalks on the left side. Some suggest the second, shorter one, I use the first, longer catwalk. Crouch down to enter stealth mode and aim in the direction of the moving spotlight to your left. There you will see your Squire wandering about. Snipe him/her dead. Depending on your rifle and perks, you may need more than one shot. If so...make sure your stealth meter says hidden before each shot. If discovered, simply reload as the game tends to autosave after exiting to the flight deck. Head shots work best, as you'd imagine.
After the Squire drops (which you will get kill XP for), return to Quinlan and report that the squire didn't make it (x button option). Then select to go out on another patrol, which essentially restarts the mission with a new squire. Lather, rinse, repeat, profit.
Tips to maximize XP gain
Idiot Savant can help with this at random intervals, more so if you're low on Intelligence. For more consistent results, stack as much Intelligence as you can via perks and/or chems since this stat affects the amount of XP you gain for your various actions, including turning in quests. Also take advantage of any action that boosts XP gain like Well Rested and Lover's Embrace (+10% and + 15% XP gain, respectively).
Using myself as an example.
Character level 61, with base Intelligence of 11. Key perk is rank 2 Night Powered for +3 Intelligence and Perception (14 for me) at night (between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM) + night vision when in stealth mode (which helps since this is a pretty long-range shot we're taking). Companion is Curie, with whom I am romantic, for Lover's Embrace perk after resting with her near.
To give you an idea of how much of a difference these little things can make...
At base, during the day, I earn 42 xp for the squire kill and 419 xp for turning in the quest. Total of 451.
At base, during the night, I earn 45 xp for the kill and 447 xp for the turn-in. Total of 492.
With Lover's Embrace during the day, 48 xp for the squire, 482 xp for the turn-in. Total of 530.
With Lover's Embrace during the night, 51 xp for the squire, and 514 xp for the turn in. Total of 565.
That's an overall increase of 114 xp you can earn in roughly every 2 minutes. Certain chem usage could push this even further, but I haven't tested them as I'm not using them.
TL;DR
Stack/raise intelligence.
Purchase Night Powered and repeat quest between 6 pm and 6 am.
Sleep when needed (after 6 am and/or to refresh Lover's Embrace or Well Rested)."

I did not find these glitches/exploits. All credit goes to the original founders as well as the original authors of each video.
I hope you guys have fun with this and enjoy!
P.S.: Most of these glitches also work on Xbox ONE and PC. But then again, if you're on PC, you might as well use console commands, ha ha!
