As the tile says i would greatly appreciate any help in acquiring a great starter save.
I have tried the decompression tool but it wont work as im on win 10 now :( any help would be amazing
all i would like is oodles of money scientists and engineers

-Cash: 900 million
-Alloy: 900 million
-Ellerium: 900 million
-Meld: 900 million

-Scientist: 900k
-Engineers: 900k

-All inventory items: 9mil
