xb1 games can not be modded as of right now , but most of the 360 games that are on the bc program still can be if you mod them on your 360 first

ArrayAnyone ever mod any Xbox one games via save editor?
I've been looking around but it looks like they don't exist anyone know of any? I usually play witcher 3 (complete edition) or Divinity enhanced edition.
