The info required to create what you want is not shown in that post. The save editors that are out use a modded ps4 to encrypt and decrypt the save data. If you look in the code provided you will see "kernel.sceSblSsDecryptSealedKey". That is the encryption algorithm, which is being called on the modded console with kernel access. As far as I know, no one has reversed that function. Once someone does, they will be able to create some sort of resigner for the PS4.
