What I mainly need is a way to have infinite health so I can beat this game on hard mode.

no way to mod the amount of health you have just learn to counter attack and block this is the only way to beat it on hard

This is one of those games where you can not really mod it and it is easy doung counter attacks and blocking is key to proceed into winning
