    Mate, I am not editing it wrong. I am not modding too early You have to have one praxis remember? Which is halfway through the first mission after prologue?
    Yeah..

    Opening the save, setting 5000000 exp, 250000 creds and 25 praxis and fixing is super hard ain't it..

    Guess you didn't read the part where I said it's not picking up my credit offset?!

    I must be plain stupid. I apologize. Sigh.

    I can't get this to work. I ran it once at the beginning of the game (prologue, and 1.4 version of the editor) and edited the values, and that worked just fine. However, now I need more credits, and with this one, I extract the gamer file in horizon, edit the values, inject the modified file back in with horizon... it doesn't show the save in the load game screen. If I use v 1.4 of the editor, it will show the save, but once I load it up, the values are the same as they were before. I've tried rehash/resigning, and not rehash/resigning. The 1.4 version of the editor worked fine the first time, is there any reason it wouldn't now? I get this all the time when trying to use save editors... the editor insists that the values have been modified, but the game doesn't show them.

    I've re tried over and over and something in my gut tells me there is no way I could be doing this wrong.

    I've hex edited game saves before and have used other people's editors too, with great success in the past. It's not like it's rocket science. Creating the damn editors may be like that but not merely using them. I just hope that the credit offset problem is also the cause of my freezing issues. Maybe it has something to do with recent update? Apparently, in the previous version you had to extract the save file from the GAMER1 thing in Horizon, whereas now you just use the GAMER1 itself. Perhaps changing that screwed up something....honestly, all I can do now is speculate.

    It doesnt matter, When selecting your GAMER1, tool automatically extracts the savegame.save.
    It loads the savegame.sav and start reading the savegame.sav.

    so what's the difference?
