UPDATE v1.3: Removed the Level (wasn't in the right spot) and added the option to mod Praxis :P

Every 5,000 Experience Points is 1 Level which gives you 1 Praxis Point. If you look at my Stats in the Picture you can tell that i've got 12135 exp and need 2965 exp to get my next Praxis Point (Which you can also see as a Level up), so i'm a Level 3 about to level up to level 4.

I'm running on Windows 7 64bit and your Editor works fine, also i just Edited my Credits, Praxis and Exp and everything works. :)

Well, it's impossible to do it at the very beginning because you don't get your Robotic implants after the Prologue that shows your Credits, Praxis and Exp.
