I'm having an error pop up. It says "Could not load file or assembly 'System.Core, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of it's dependencies. the system cannot find the file specified." It wont let me Continue either it just quits the application. Please help.

When I try yo extract the rar file it gives me a prompt for a password or something.
