Microsoft issues Xbox Live bans for 'Marketplace theft'

I was recently banned for 'marketplace theft', which was what I was doing. I was using the modded profile/non-jtag method of playing XBLA stuff. Got caught, no one to blame but myself. Pretty sure I was apart of that banwave. I'm just glad it was just my profile and not my console.

Well yes, A glitch, to get something that should cost money, Is technically theft, Even if it is their error, You still exploited their mistake.

Renegade has a valid point if you didnt purchase it with your own money then you stole it and were caught nothing you can do but create another profile and re earn your cheevos or profile hack but if you add too much your just gonna get that account banned and if they notice its the same console doing it they may even ban the entire console.
