its definitely 360 but your right the original poster should have posted what he modded, you could try the save anyways and see for yourself want is modded :)

Could anyone please explain the process of getting the file from my computer to my Xbox. ive managed to put it on there but it says the gamesave is corrupt, im wondering if i might be something wrong?

Make sure you rehash and resign the save using modio or horizon. Modio has a history of currupting saves. I would advise you to use horizon. Save to device then put the usb flash drive back into your xbox 360.
