Wow, quite a bit of heat on here lately. As mentioned before with the time you spend waiting, you could easily learn how to mod the files yourself with hex editor. The thing with learning to manually mod your own files will serve you well for future games and gives you another skill to your belt. I was a complete nub with hex editing but the well of information on this forum has granted me the skills to do so and I actually enjoy it. Spend an hour or so a few nights a week and you will be a hex editing master in no time.
Did I do something wrong, I injected my original save back to my mu and it doesnt even show load game.
I found that if i place the sav file in a folder with the mod tool and if im in Human state then it works most of the time. All i modded was souls though.
This game is kinda strict with corrupted saves, opting to overwrite them instead of a general passive error. This of course means that your char is gone from your MU but obviously lives on on your HOPEFULLY EXISTENT backup (plz-o-plz). Meaning I'd go into the editor again and make sure you didn't go hog-wild. I find with any editor or just hexing in general, little tweaks or single value alterations then a test run are the best method.
Also a little more info would do wonders. Mainly which version of the editor you are using. Might I suggest, if you aren't already using it, getting Beta 1.2.0.0. from Jappi88's first post right under the initial post of this entire thread, as the original editor in the first post is a bit of a gamble when it comes to not ruining your data.
Good luck.
