i download the tool,extracted it to my desktop,i try to open it,and it says fail to open cause of a missing file,reinstalling might fix this problem

just to warn you. you can get your gamertag & console banned. from playing forza 4 online. you will just be banned from the forza server.

download horizon or modio...those two are the two main programs you need to extract games saves. get a usb card and save your game into the card. plug in the usb to your cpu/laptop and then open up modio/horizon and go to the usb device and click on your game files. right click on forza and save it on your desktop. open up your tool and load up your file. after that mod whatever you need and hit save. go to modio/horizon and open the save on your desktop which you just modded and open it. hit rehash/resign...(ALWAYS REHASH/RESIGN) then save it back into your usb device. plug it in your xbox and load it up...

You don't even need Horizon or Modio but the way you suggest will work but it's too many steps that you really don't need. For one you don't need to rehash and resign in modio or horizon because Xbox 360 Tools does that for you so there's one step you can take out.

lol....yes, you can download his tool and skip some of these steps...lol...but yes, these are the few steps you can do to mod any game with save editors...
