Ty for the tip

So if you follow mrjinglesusa's instructions (which are pretty darn good, btw), you should know that Modio, Horizon, and pretty much every mod program like them will corrupt Dark Souls saves when you try to put the modified USER_DATA file back in your DRAKS0005 save. I've found that Modio beta 4 will add them, without corrupting, like so:
* Rename the file you modified to USER_DATA or whatever the original was, exactly.
* Right-click anywhere in Modio's file list and select 'Add File'.
* Select your USER_DATA file.
* Choose 'Yes' to the 'file exists' prompt.
* Rehash and resign, and save to your device.
It seems that adding or replacing the file any other way results in a corrupt save. (FYI, you can tell if it's been corrupted: the DRAKS0005 file's size will go from 8.5 MB to around 4 MB.)
You might also want to try Jappi88's save editor as an alternative. Or mine if you want, it's probably not as good.
