This does work for me. Although I used it way late in the game (during the second last mission). Not sure if that's relevant.

Also, just checked both of those KV.bin match byte for byte.
You can try those ones, or you can extract your own with your firmware dump, and your cpukey using 360 Flash Tool.
It should work with those kv files in the links above though. Haven't tested it with any kv but my own.
ill try those and see what happens. i have a stock 360. which is the gears of war 3 edition.

Oh? and lol you didn't care to bring this to the developers attention, in as much detail as possible? (Otherwise it would have gotten fixed). But that's odd that you mentioned that, I used 360 Rev's on 3 different saves and they all worked. (not to mention some of the others that are floating around, which are working pretty good for myself, even though I used the ones floating around once for testing purposes)
In any case, just be sure to give the developer of the editor youre using the proper error (for future reference) otherwise it cannot be known until the next person complains about it. :)
I beat this game on day 1...But this editor is just freaking amazing!!!!!!!! Bravo!!! takes me back to the days of using game genie on nes :)
Need help dont now how to extract the kv bin file. or does it work whitout it , cpu key dont you have to jtag to get the cpu key.
@OP, its seems people are not reading and stuck on this KV file.
I would suggest including it next time or not using x360.
(Just a simple suggestion so people won't get left behind if this thread gets to be about 50+ pages, and they can't find where you original posted the KV post.) :)
Otherwise, good job. Keep it up.
@darkman, he already showed where to get it. :D
Hope that helps :D
